Universal Business Skills Training
We offer training to all our support staff and across all platforms.
Our University helps our firm members gain expertise in their new position more quickly by dynamically linking education and training to their immediate on the job needs and their long-term career development.
Our University gives our firm members the skills they need, when they need them, as they progress in their career. They range from personal business skills such as effective communication, time and work management, to an understanding of their own leadership style, and how we as a firm can help team members improve their performance and development.
Oberman University helps our firm members identify ways in which they can contribute to excellence in client service and offers tailored courses on “client focus” skills.
Our training is interactive and practical, focusing on our firm members and their daily work. It also provides an excellent opportunity for our firm members to network with their peers from other locations and practice areas, and to share ideas and best practices.
We also have a wide variety of e-learning courses to help our firm members implement their newly acquired skills and fit their learning around their daily work.
In addition to our business skills programs we encourage all team members to attend external courses, so that they can continue to develop their specific areas of expertise.
