Oberman Law Firm’s six core values are not a statement of aspirations for partners and associates. They are the operating standard for every person who is part of this firm — attorneys and partners, paralegals and legal assistants, administrative professionals, operations staff, billing coordinators, human resources professionals, receptionists, and every other team member who contributes to the firm’s mission. These values define not what we hope to be, but how we commit to behave, in every role and every interaction, every day.

These six core values are the shared responsibility of every person at Oberman Law Firm. They do not belong exclusively to leadership, to attorneys, to any single practice group, or to any one department. They belong to the firm as a whole — and to every individual who chooses to be part of it.

Firm members are hired, evaluated, recognized, and developed through the lens of these values. They are the criteria by which Oberman assesses not just performance, but character and culture. A paralegal who produces technically excellent work but fails to communicate transparently with colleagues does not fully meet the Oberman standard. An administrative professional who is reliable but disengaged from firm alignment and shared goals does not represent the Oberman standard. An attorney who delivers strong legal outcomes but undermines accountability within their team falls short of the Oberman standard. These values apply in full — across every role, at every level, on every day.
