Oberman Law Firm is pleased to announce that Danielle L. Schlaufman McBride has joined the Firm as a partner. Ms. McBride has vast experience on a national level in healthcare law, which includes developing business and tax structures, tax planning, practice valuations, DSO structuring, mergers and acquisitions, complex joint ventures, partner and associate buy-ins/buy-outs, employment law, commercial transactions, real estate leases, healthcare compliance, entity formation, and corporate governance.
“Danielle brings an enormous amount of healthcare experience to the Firm, specifically regarding complex healthcare transitions and formulating tax strategies. Danielle will be an outstanding addition to the Firm,” said Mr. Oberman, President and CEO of Oberman Law Firm.

As Oberman Law Firm continues to expand its national footprint, Ms. McBride will be based in the Cleveland, Ohio area, and continue the Firm’s aggressive expansion into the Midwest.
Ms. McBride holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Criminology from The Ohio State University, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Case Western Reserve University.
In addition, Ms. McBride is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Ms. McBride is also a member of the ABA’s Solo, Small Firm and General Practice Division, Health Law Section, Business Law Section, Taxation Section, Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section.
