Oberman Law Firm is pleased to announce the launch of its Psychedelics and Emerging Therapies Practice Group, which is an interdisciplinary, cross-office group of attorneys capable of addressing the challenges that innovators research in order to develop and commercialize of novel therapies based on psychedelic drugs and emerging markets.
Like the early days of the cannabis industry, psychedelic drugs such as MDMA, psilocybin, LSD, ketamine and DMT are being developed and implemented for therapeutic use in a complex and very difficult legal and regulatory environment. Oberman Law Firm’s multidisciplinary team covers commercial, regulatory and legal requirements spanning the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) licensing, material transfer and development agreements.
