I agree to familiarize myself with the material in the Handbook and govern my business conduct based on the contents of the Handbook, as it may be amended from the time of my signing. I also understand that the provisions of the Handbook do not constitute a contract. I understand that the provisions of the Handbook may be modified by the Firm in its sole discretion at any time without notice and that is my responsibility to review and comply with any updates to the Handbook or policies later disseminated by the Firm and posted to the Firm’s document management system under “Firm Policies”.
