This is to acknowledge that I have received and/or have online access to a copy of the Oberman Law Firm Partner Handbook. I agree to familiarize myself with the material in the Handbook and govern my business conduct based on the contents of the Handbook, as it may be amended from the time of my signing. I also understand that the provisions of the Handbook do not constitute a contract. I understand that the provisions of the Handbook may be modified by the Firm in its sole discretion at any time without notice and that is my responsibility to review and comply with any updates to the Handbook or policies later disseminated by the Firm and posted to the Firm's document management system under "Firm Policies". Finally, I understand that my partnership is "at will" and that either the Firm or I may terminate the relationship at any time with or without notice, and with or without reason or cause. *
