Justin has vast experience on a national level in the veterinary and dental law practice areas, which includes mergers and acquisitions, complex joint ventures, partner and associate buy-ins, employment law, commercial transactions, real estate leases, health care compliance, entity formations, and corporate governance.Justin has represented hundreds of dentists and veterinarians as well as corporate-owned enterprises, which includes single operatory dental practices and veterinary clinics to the sale of multi-location practices.

Justin obtained his undergraduate degree from Penn State University and law degree from Temple University.In addition, Justin is licensed to practice law in the following states: Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Vermont, and West Virginia.
