Stuart J. Oberman is the founder and President of Oberman Law Firm. Mr. Oberman graduated from Urbana University and received his law degree from John Marshall Law School. Mr. Oberman has been practicing law for over 30 years, and before going into private practice, Mr. Oberman was in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 Company.

From start to finish of a construction project, Mr. Oberman assists clients with project development, including contract structuring, feasibility considerations, land use and zoning matters, and financing arrangements. In addition, Mr. Oberman drafts, reviews, and negotiates a full range of construction agreements, including owner-contractor contracts, subcontracts, vendor and supplier agreements, and consultant contracts, ensuring that each document aligns with the client’s goals while minimizing legal and financial risk.
