Stuart J. Oberman
Biography: Stuart J. Oberman is the founder and President of Oberman Law Firm. Mr. Oberman graduated from Urbana University and received his law degree from John Marshall Law School. Mr. Oberman has been practicing law for over 25 years, and before going into private practice, Mr. Oberman was in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 Company. Mr. Oberman is widely regarded as the go-to attorney in the area of Dental Law, which includes DSO formation, corporate business structures, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, advertising regulations, HIPAA, Compliance, and employment law regulations that affect dental practices. Grace M. Tillman
Justin concentrates his practice on the legal needs of health care clients with a specific emphasis on the representation of veterinarians and dental professionals on a local, regional, and national basis, as well as corporate-owned enterprises in the veterinary and dental industries. Justin has focused on these health care practice areas throughout his career and, in doing so, has developed an appreciation for the business and legal needs of both professions, as well as an understating of the industry-specific issues impacting their transactions. His extensive experience includes hundreds of acquisitions and sales of veterinary hospitals and dental practices, structuring of complex partnerships and joint ventures, practice-startups, employment agreements, and other operational matters.
